Can people screaming "stereotypes" just shut up? Posted: 14 Jun 2021 08:42 PM PDT Sorry for the rant I just had to let this out. I'm unreasonably anrgy I watched a couple of streamers and the stream itself and I saw a bunch of people being like "Oh great more stereotypes" or "Seems disrespectful" or "literally just deserts great job" This is the most faithful and loving letter to our culture and geography to our country I've seen so don't fucking ruin it. And it's not even like it's true, they literally addressed the diversity that ISN'T in stereotypes and the research they did and it's just so beautiful and I swear I just, Guanajuato looks like the real thing and they included the southern jungles and seaside towns, it's not just desert. Because Mexico is not just a desert it's one of the most biodiverse places on earth. Can I just tell you that when I saw the plastic party chair out on in the street that the car hit when it swerved too hard that's how I fucking knew it was actually fucking perfect. The attention to detail, those things are used everywhere here so you just know they truly care, and yeah they are sometimes just outta on the street like that. A Fucking party chair out of all things impressed me the most but it's true. Open question, is graphics really much more important to you than audio? Posted: 15 Jun 2021 06:54 AM PDT Games are mostly sold visually as people are primarily visual beings, I understand that. But this is a game about sports- and race-cars. Something where the SOUND is a major part of the excitement, and ever present thing in car culture. Yet there has been zero mention of car audio or the sounds design of the game. So I wonder are there a lot of fans and players that genuinely just look at the game and its graphics and it makes no difference to you the cars have very little sonic character? I belong to the group where it's unacceptable(!) for a car game to not have great audio. Forza Horizon 5 in development since 2018?
