    Title says it all...

    Go to the menu, and select "Play online" (Or "Try again" if you're on that screen) and it will return you to the world, wait about 30 seconds and if you don't see it find a session, immediately go back in and do it again. Do not wait for the error to come up.

    I was able to get into some life sessions after doing this maybe 6 or 7 times, some times less, maybe 5 times on average, and I never had to wait longer than about 30 seconds for it to find the session if it was going to.

    Good luck everyone, this did legitimately work for me, I hope it may work for you too.

    *Theory time: On 5/19 MS added a new bank of Azure DNS servers. Looking further at their support uptime links for their services I noticed that all the regional DNS servers (not at all oddly named exactly the same as the servers the error notification tends to list) are unlisted, and the ONLY server running is called "Non-Regional DNS". Shocker, I know. Game doesn't know where to look and their redirect is lagging and causing time outs so you gotta spam it.
