    FH4 PC (Steam) lag even though I have better than recommended HW requirements

    There's no difference in the smoothness of running of the game between ultra low and ultra high graphic details but when I switch it to anything but 30 FPS the game is unplayable. It is barely playable at 30 FPS as the input lag is extreme and takes like a half a second for the car to react. During the game, CPU usage is below 60%, RAM below 50% and GPU below 10%.

    It seems like it is a software issue but I have no idea what I should do. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.
